1. General Agreement

Welcome to Pocket Legends. By using our website, purchasing our retro handheld consoles, or requesting our modding and repair services, you agree to follow these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, you should not use our services.

2. Retro Console Sales

We sell authentic and modified retro handheld consoles. Due to the age of these devices, minor cosmetic wear is normal and should be expected. We thoroughly test every unit before shipping.

  • All sales are final once the device has shipped, unless the hardware arrives damaged.
  • Custom modified consoles include a 30-day guarantee on the newly installed parts, such as upgraded screens or batteries.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by dropping the console or improper charging.

3. Modding & Repair Services

When you send us your personal retro handheld console for modding or repairs, you accept that modifying vintage electronics carries slight risks.

  • We handle every device with extreme care and professional tools.
  • If a device is found to have pre-existing water damage or critical motherboard failure upon arrival, we will return it to you and refund the service fee minus shipping costs.
  • Our repair work is guaranteed for 60 days. This covers only the specific fixes we performed.

4. Guides & Educational Content

The retro guides and modding tutorials provided on Pocket Legends are for educational purposes. If you choose to modify or repair your own console using our guides, you do so at your own risk. We cannot be held liable if you damage your own hardware while attempting a modification.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pocket Legends is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages related to the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability to you for any single event will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or service in question.
